Terri Huml Fox became sole owner of Gianni’s Steakhouse in 2011. Previously, she was the General Manager. But when the owners informed her of their decision to close doors due to the economic recession, Terri insisted they sell it to her. Driven by her passion for the business and belief that everyone has to control their own destiny, she bought the restaurant in early 2011. Now present every day – her focus is to prioritize Gianni’s culture of retention and support of the staff, both professionally and personally and to provide the best guest experience possible.
