Prestigious 2014 Beef Backer award winner Gianni’s Steakhouse and Seafood is an upscale restaurant for all ages to enjoy. In addition to USDA certified, aged, center-cut beef, Gianni’s also offers chops, chicken & fresh seafood.
Originally opened in 1997, Gianni’s has been a staple in Wayzata for over two decades. In 2011, Terri Huml purchased the restaurant and transformed the space into a white tableclothed, fine dining establishment focused on serving high quality steaks, while giving the guest an exceptional dining experience.
Executive Chef Steve Vranian is the architect of Gianni’s menu and is also the mastermind behind their award-winning wine list. In creating his menu, Chef Steve only uses ‘never ever beef’ that is, beef with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and a 100% vegetarian diet that is humanely handled. This quality of beef cannot be found at the store, or at any other restaurant in Minnesota. Only at Gianni’s.
Recently, Gianni’s has undergone a remodeling of our interior and a complete renovation of our patio space by adding a new, state of the art awning. We have also purchased the space next door, One Door West, to host private gathering and special events for years to come.
We are currently operating at 75% capacity and cannot wait to be fully re-opened!
